Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), patients hold the unconditional right to be forgotten. In the SEDU Mobile App, you can permanently delete your account in seconds:
- Immediate deletion of user profiles, wellness progress, and learning histories
- Full purging of active chat sessions, community comments, and notification deliveries
- Permanent irreversible redaction of statutory financial records to "REDACTED / Deleted User"
- Complete destruction of local SQLite and encrypted secure storage tokens on device
Zero Third-Party Advertising Trackers
We do not include Meta Pixel, Google AdSense, or commercial analytics SDKs in the SEDU Mobile App or consultation flows. Your health search queries and clinical appointments are never commodified or sold to data brokers.
Encrypted Virtual Rooms & Zero Unconsented Recordings
Consultation video and audio streams operate over encrypted WebRTC peer tunnels. Consultations are strictly real-time and never recorded. Patients may choose camera-off or voice-only mode at any time for total peace of mind.
